How can I get billing statements or payment history?
Login to your Pekin account and click on “Billing & Payments” to access up to 2 years of statements and payment history. You can print or download PDFs.
What is the minimum payment amount?
The minimum payment due is the lowest amount you can pay while keeping your policy active. Paying this amount still leaves a balance owing that must be paid in full by your next due date.
Can I pay using my credit or debit card?
Yes, Pekin Insurance accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for payments online, on the mobile app or by automated phone system.
Is there a fee to pay by credit card?
